Installation

DS1: switchdim for 1 to 5 modules

- power supply of Lumcove module by means of 5 wires
- no separate dimmer module is required
- control by push button at mains voltage (normally open)
- push button is not delivered by Lumco

DS2: switchdim for more than 5 modules
- power supply of Lumcove module by means of 5 wires
- control by push button (not delivered by Lumco, normally open) at mains voltage
- 1 or more dimmer modules (delivered separately) are required:
1 smartDIM SM lp module

• For maximum 25 ballasts per separate zone
• When installing in ceiling or behind wall, the module needs to be connected in front of the lumcove modules

or 1 modularDIM BASIC module

• For maximum 100 ballasts for 3 separate zone (3 output channels)
• To install in switchboard on DIN rail

DAD: Dimmer with analogue 1-10V signal
- power supply of Lumcove module by means of 5 wires
- 1 or more dimmer modules are required:
1 DSIA/D module (delivered separately)

• 1 module is required per zone for maximum 50 Lumcove modules
• when installing in ceiling or behind wall, the module needs to be connected in front of the lumcove modules
• control by dimmer module or by separate push buttons (not delivered by Lumco)

or 1 DSIA/DS module (delivered separately)

• 1 module is required per zone for maximum 50 Lumcove module
• to install in switchboard on DIN rail

DIR: control using InfraRed remote control
- power supply of Lumcove module by means of 3 wires
- 1 IRS EO2 remote control (5 channels)
- 1 IRED EO2 receiver (to install visibly)
- 1 or more dimmer modules (delivered separately)

• DSI-IR for 1 channel
• DSI-2IR for 2 channels

• when installing in ceiling or behind wall, the module needs to be connected in front of the lumcove modules
• for 1 to 25 lumcove modules

DAL: DALI system with digital DALI signal by means of 2 wires
- power supply of Lumcove module by means of 5 wires
- ballast type: EXCEL
- DALI parts:

• 1 DALI PS (Power Supply) sends DALI signal at mains voltage
• 1 DALI GC (Group Control) for 2 zones
• 1 DALI SC (Scene Control) for 4 scenes
• 1 DALI USB - for programming by PC
• when installing in switchboard, the module needs to be connected in front of the lumcove modules
• for 1 to 64 lumcove modules 
• are delivered separately
